"I have been doing CrossFit now for over 10 years. As a firefighter it has been the best workout to keep me fit for duty. There is so much I love about CrossFit. I love that it is so approachable for all fitness types. Being able to scale a workout during injuries has been important for me to not lose ground.
If you know me than you know I love anything with a barbell. CrossFit brought me into the world of weightlifting. I spent years as a competitive weightlifter and It was such a rewarding experience. You will probably need to pry a bar out of my hands in my 80s!!!"
