The goal of this program is to learn the points of performance of foundational movements, develop motor recruitment pathways and ensure safe and efficient movements.

We work on strength, speed, agility, stamina, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and balance. Our goal is to empower teens by teaching them to be strong both mentally and physically.

We encourage them and build them up as we help them focus on what their bodies can do instead of what they look like. Learning to be healthier and stronger all while building character traits; self discipline, integrity, mental fortitude and honesty, to just name a few.

Small class sizes and a personal training feel with an expert coach will keep your kids growing and learning in a safe and productive way.
