CrossFit is the signature class offering for CrossFit 630. The only machine you’ll use in CrossFit is your body. Each hour-long class will incorporate cardiovascular, body-weight, Olympic weight lifting, and/or gymnastic training. No matter your personal fitness level, our certified CrossFit coaches will ensure you get a challenging workout while staying safe!

At the CrossFit 630, we pride ourselves on having the most qualified coaches in the area. We specialize in program design and numerous specialty areas including power and Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, athletic training, and mobility and yoga. CrossFit 630’s Kids Club is a 6-week session run for kids ages 5-12.  Each session is 1-hour in length and is designed to start your kids on the right path to lifelong fitness and being aware of their health. It's a fun AND rewarding program that they'll really enjoy.

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes.

Is this class right for my child or teen?

  If you have a youth or teen athlete who:

  • Loves to be active but hasn’t found their “thing” yet. Many youth athletes find a niche with our training that lets them succeed outside of traditional sports.

  • Is a sport-specific athlete looking to improve their conditioning. **General Physical Preparedness (GPP) is not a substitute for sport specific practice. However, most every athlete has some glaring chink in their GPP. Fixing these deficiencies has immediate benefit within their sport.

  • Needs motivation to become more active. Our program is interesting and motivating for even the least likely athletes. Yes, fitness can be FUN. We prove it!!!

CF630's Youth Athlete Training is a strength and conditioning program designed for 8-15 year old athletes and non-athletes alike. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as establish a lifetime love of fitness. Proper weightlifting techniques are taught, under the watchful eye of our CrossFit trainers, to enhance strength and power, while also focusing on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.

Coach Coop (Christy Lynch):

Is a Nationally ranked competitive Weightlifter (53kg) weight class. Coop has been participating in CrossFit for 5 years and actively coaches classes for CrossFit 630. 

 

Coop has competed in many weightlifting competitions both locally and nationally. She is both a member and referee for USAW.

1-on-1 - Single Session

$69

  • This is an opportunity for an individual to work 1-on-1 with a specialty coach for a single 90 min session (in an individual class, the athlete chooses the lift they want to work on).

  • Spend 90-minute each working on a specific lift.

 

Group - 6 week Course

$199member -  $249non-member

  • Club meets three times per week in which you will choose two to attend. 

  • Programming for the six weeks is designed to cycle up for a “meet” at the end of the session.

  • We will be focusing on the two main Olympic lifts; Snatch and Clean & Jerk. 

  • Adaptive programming for athletes to work on individual weakness is provided.

  • 90 min. sessions.

  • CrossFit 630 Member AND Non-Member pricing.

 

1-on-1 - 2x per week

  • Includes specialized Olympic weightlifting training and Athlete specific programming.

  • Programming is meant to be progressive in nature and will develop the athlete’s lifts.

  • Will work on weakness and improving technical parts of the lifts.

  • This program will also include a strength foundation.
