CONNECT w/ US
A free, casual conversation with a coach. You talk about your goals, your history, and what you are looking for. No sales pitch. Just a real discussion about whether personal training is the right fit.

Assessment and Programming
Your coach runs a movement assessment to understand your strengths, limitations, and starting point. Then they build a custom program designed around your goals, your schedule, and how your body moves.

Train and Progress
Sessions are scheduled at times that work for you. Your coach adjusts your program as you progress, tracks your results, and keeps you accountable. Every session builds on the last.

THY HYBRID APPROACH: GROUP CLASSES PLUS PERSONAL TRAINING
Many CrossFit 630 members use a combination of group classes and personal training, and it is one of the most effective training models we offer. You get the community and general fitness from group classes, plus focused individual work on your specific goals.
A typical hybrid week might look like three to four group CrossFit classes for conditioning, community, and the daily workout, plus one personal training session to work on a skill you are chasing, address a weakness, or get ahead of an old injury.
GROUP CLASSES (3-4x PER WEEK)
Community, conditioning, daily programming, and accountability. The backbone of your fitness routine.
PERSONAL TRAINING (1x PER WEEK)
