This is a SMALL GROUP, BEGINNERS ONLY course. We are capping this session at the first 10 people only.

Sessions are led by our expert coaching team. You’ll learn the basics and build a strong foundation to help you feel comfortable and capable, ready to join regular classes.

Join a group of like-minded beginners as you train 3 times a week, learning proper techniques and discovering the strength, resilience, and results that CrossFit 630 can bring to your life. This is your first step toward the positive changes you want to see—let’s get started!
