Youth training at CrossFit 630 is not a watered-down adult workout. It is a purpose-built program for teens and young athletes that focuses on learning to move well before moving fast or heavy.

Every session is led by an experienced coach who teaches foundational movement patterns, develops motor recruitment pathways, and ensures safe, efficient movement. Athletes work on strength, speed, agility, stamina, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and balance in every class.

The goal goes beyond physical fitness. We empower young athletes by teaching them to be strong both mentally and physically, focusing on what their bodies can do rather than what they look like. The discipline, confidence, and work ethic they build here carry into school, sports, and life.

Classes run three times per week with small group sizes to ensure every young athlete gets individual coaching

attention. Once signed up, your child receives access to the Chalk It Pro app for workout programming, training history, and class registration.

SAFETY IS NOT NEGOTIABLE

Every movement is taught with proper form before any intensity is added. Coaches watch every rep and correct in real time. We do not push young athletes beyond what their bodies are ready for.

SMALLL CLASSES - COACH ATTENTION

This is not a large group with one overwhelmed instructor. Class sizes are intentionally small so every young athlete gets individual coaching and feedback.

BUILDS MORE THAN MUSCLE

Self-discipline, integrity, mental fortitude, and the ability to push through hard things. These character traits develop naturally when kids train in a structured, supportive environment.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Your child does not need to be athletic or have any prior fitness experience. The program meets every young athlete where they are and progresses them at their own pace.
