InBody Body Composition Scanner:

At CrossFit 630 we have heavily invested in making sure we have the correct information to properly guide us in making personalized nutritional guidance for you.


The InBody scanner provides us a comprehensive view of body composition balance.

… which are the components of the human body closely related to the status of our health. 


Why Take an InBody Scan?

Understanding your weight. When you measure your weight what exactly are you seeing? Weight alone is a poor indicator of health because it does not distinguish fat from muscle. The InBody machine divides your weight into water, muscle and fat. It also tracks your results.

Chalk It Pro:

At CrossFit 630 we use a state of the art app called Chalk It Pro to help us with your programming, direct communications, tracking results and accountability.


This is a tool to make sure we’re sticking to the plan, see what’s working, see what’s not working and how we can better direct you with your outlined goals.


Ongoing Nutrition Coaching

We know this is not an easy path, but one where we’re confident that with our help, you will crush it. With that, you will need to commit yourself to making these changes for yourself first.


We offer our Nutritional Coaching in conjunction with our gym memberships. We require that you have an active gym membership to participate in these programs. It’s all part of the puzzle we provide to help you reach your goals.
