On November 1st, 2013 we came together with a tremendous passion to help people reach their health and fitness goals.

Group Classes

A professional trainer will lead you through a warm up, a strength or skill session and a workout of the day. These workouts are different each day are designed to maximize your health and fitness potential. Workout with a diverse and supportive group of people ranging in all fitness levels.




Bootcamp 630

Our Boot Camp, no barbell, high intensity interval training program.  

​Lose weight, get lean, transform yourself, get fit, stay fit, whatever it may be, join our Boot Camp class and enjoy the support of a friendly, supportive and non-judgmental group of like-minded friends.




1:1 Training

Work directly 1:1 with your preferred CrossFit 630 trainer who will design a program specifically to help reach your goals.  You will get personal attention and direction during these 1-hour sessions done at a time that best fits your particular schedule.




Team 630

The Team 630 program is designed to give your team the competitive edge it needs during season by taking a smart and competitive approach to the off-season. 

We strive to teach, inspire and train our athletes to be their best.  Our goal is to make your team better, and we commit to doing everything we can to do so

Per Team


Olympic Lifts

Work 1:1 or in a group setting with our Olympic Lifting Coach.

We will stress the skills and drills needed to develop your Olympic lifts and make you the explosive athlete you can be.

I see people at all different fitness levels at CrossFit 630 everyday, what we all have in common is that  we're improving ourselves. No matter how experienced or how strong someone is the coaches do a great job of scaling the workouts.
