We're super excited to offer you a 4-week, 2x per week ladies only barbell club. If you're looking to improve your strength, technique and knowledge of the Olympic and Power lifts, this is a special program for you.
Coach Natalie Rubino will be coming in to teach the finer points of all the lifts and work with you on your technique. She will be breaking down everything, allowing you to hone in on your technique in order to become stronger and more confident in your lifts. Practice! Practice! Practice! This will be a great experience and really fun class to attend.

Monday & Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm
CrossFit 630 Member - $50 for the entire 8 sessions
Non-Member - $80 for the entire 8 sessions
