We are on a mission to find the fittest 4 in the Fox Valley region.  Is that you and your team?

CrossFit 630 & cHALK iT pRO welcome you to the fox valley's fittest 4 competition.  our team is here to provide you with a platform to prove that you and your team are indeed the fittest in the fox valley.

 

Assemble your team and put your collective fitness to the test.  the goal here is to provide you with a local avenue and venue to go up against other athletes in the area and see where you stack up. With no Spring CrossFit Open on the schedule this year, we hope you can look forward to our event as a new reason to be in your best condition.

  • athletes will complete the entire 50' segment before the Next Athlete starts. (I.E. Athlete 1 will tag off to Athlete 2, who tags off to Athlete 3 who tags Athlete 4. Athletes 1&3 will be on one side of the gym, and 2&4 will be on the other.)

  • 10-Burpees to Plate (45#)

  • 20-Alternating Pistols

  • 1 -Barbell Complex (205#M/130#F) **Unbroken is NOT Required**​

    • 4 Deadlifts

    • 3 Power Cleans

    • 2 Squat Cleans

Teams will go with 1 athlete working at a time. Each Athlete must complete the total rep scheme for that movement before the team can proceed to the next movement. Think single file line.

I.E. - Team member 1 will complete 20 pull ups and wait for Team member 2 to complete 20 pull ups. They will both be waiting for team member 3 to finish their pull ups. All three will then wait for team member 4 to finish.  When that's done, team member 1 can start on their burpees. This format will continue until the 14:00 are up.

Score is total team reps.

  • 20-Alternating DB Snatch (35#M/20#F)

  • 10-Burpees to Plate (45#)

  • 20-Alternating Weighted step ups (24" for males and 20" for females) (25# DB in each hand for men and 15# DB in each hand for women.

  • 1 -kettlebell Complex (53#M/35#F)

    • 10 KB Deadlifts​

    • 10 Russian KB Swings

    • 8 Goblet Squats

 

Teams will go with 1 athlete working at a time. Each Athlete must complete the total rep scheme for that movement before the team can proceed to the next movement.  Think single file line.
